Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Paints by Lex. Each piece is created or prepared with great care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of original artwork, limited-edition prints, and made-to-order products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received the incorrect item, or
  • Your item arrived damaged during shipping.

No other returns will be accepted.

Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Order

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of:
    • The item received
    • The shipping box or tube
    • The shipping label
    • Any visible damage

Failure to provide the requested information may delay or prevent your claim from being approved.

Resolution

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Paints by Lex will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Sending the correct item, or
  • Replacing the damaged item, if available.

Items may need to be returned before a replacement is issued. Return instructions will be provided if required.

No Refunds

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color variations caused by different monitor or phone screen settings
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Refusing a package upon delivery
  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Paints by Lex is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Paints by Lex is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

Original Artwork

Every original painting is unique. Small variations in texture, brushstrokes, or finish are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
